My qualifications and experience:

I am a fully qualified, apprenticed served Carpenter and Joiner based in Dore, Sheffield, South Yorkshire , England, UK.

After leaving school I did a 4 year joinery apprenticeship with a well established construction company in Sheffield.  I am qualified to City & Guilds Advanced Carpentry & Joinery Level. I also have qualifications in surveying and building costs.

I have over 18 years experience in this trade and I have been self employed for the last four years.

I offer a free quotation service, if you need a quote please contact me, I would be happy to arrange a visit. I can work on a materials & labour basis or just on a labour basis. I am also willing to work on a fixed price or daily rate basis.

I take on work from Sheffield and its surrounding areas including:

Chesterfield, Clowne, Worksop, Dronfield, Coal Aston, Derbyshire from Baslow to Hathersage.

No job is too small, from hanging 1 door to a house extension.

Garage conversions, Loft conversions, All joinery work associated with house extensions and alterations, Kitchens, Garden rooms and conservatories in both timber and upvc. All bespoke joinery.

Floor joists, stud walling (timber & metal). Roofing (flat, pitched, traditional & trusses). Internal & external doors, casings, frames and linings. Skirtings, dados, picture rails, architraves, fitting of locks & latches, pipe boxings. Flooring (solid wood, parquet, laminate), staircases,  wardrobes and fitted furniture , worktop mitres, shelving, replacement windows (hardwood, softwood or upvc), decking, pagolas, fencing, gates, garage doors (including roller doors).....
